Attendance Award won by Year 9 student

Each half term, students who have attended school every day for that half term are awarded 25 positive points and then entered into a prize draw to win £25 restaurant vouchers.

This time, winner Keith Pope is awarded the restaurant vouchers for perfect attendance in the first half of the spring term.

The award, which is sponsored by the recruitment agency, Vision for Education, is one of many strategies to encourage, celebrate, and reward student attendance at Jack Hunt School.

Louise Butterworth, the Senior Recruitment Consultant at Vision for Education’s Peterborough branch, presented Keeley with her voucher, said: “We are committed to helping schools improve and promote good attendance, as going to school every day and arriving on time is one of the most important things students can do to achieve academic success.”

Congratulations to all 361 students at Jack Hunt School who successfully achieved 100% attendance throughout the first half of the spring term.
