meeting at Middleton school

Meeting at Middleton Primary school 11 DECEMBER. Meetng both the headteacher Kathy McDermott and deputy headteahcer we covered a lot of cluster business including community cohesion work( next coffee morning in JAN); how the new Parentmail working for the school ( they love it!);arrangements for the new Tuesday night Boxing club;

two new sports after school sessions to be run by the PCC sports development team, aided by a sports leader from Jack Hunt School; update on the play project in the school ( staffed by the youth services team)- going well;a project whereby the PCC sports team run after school sessions for hearing impaired pupils ( going well) and updates on the Cluster Improvement Plan

Part of my role as cluster manager is that i monitor plans and where projects are set up ( new ones each month!) my job is to montior and support on behalf of the schools in the cluster.  Maureens' Blog is one way of communicating news and exciting developments

Maureen  visited the school  on 11 December
