Exams will be going ahead this summer as usual, following the disruption over the past two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

To help students prepare we have put together some information for students taking external exams. This applies to all students in Y11 and Y13 and some students in Y10 and Y12 who have unit exams for vocational courses:

Exam Results Summer 2022

Exam results are being issued as normal this summer on the following dates:

A Level Results Day:

Thursday 18 August 2022

GCSE Results Day:

Thursday 25 August 2022

Students and parents will be contacted with details of what to do on results days nearer the time.

On both days, members of teaching staff will be on hand to give advice and help to anyone who has any queries or issues relating to their results. They will also be able to advise students who are not happy with their results what next steps they can take.

If you cannot attend in person on results day to collect your results you will need to send a stamped addressed envelope for results to be posted, or provide written permission for a named person to collect on your behalf, to Mrs Paice, Exams Manager, at the school by Friday 16 July 2022.

Exam Certificates for students who left school in summer 2021 or before

If you have not already received your exam certificates, they may still be available in school. Please contact Mrs Paice, Exams Manager, to arrange to receive your certificates.

Please be aware that we do not have to keep certificates for more than 12 months and awarding bodies will charge for obtaining copies of results.
