Learning Support staff share information with teachers via Inclusion Passports which provide a brief profile of the student and outlines their needs. Short term targets are also devised via the APDR process (Assess-Plan-Do-Review) and shared with parents and students.  Staff complete a brief feedback after a lesson so Hub staff know which areas a student needs to further work on.
