What We Do & What We Offer
The Jack Hunt Cluster consists of nine schools who work together to organise and oversee ‘Extended School’ and ‘Community’ activities. This can be on any of the nine school sites. The Cluster is managed by Maureen Stringer who is based at Jack Hunt School.
We work with key partners, such as the local children’s centre to raise awareness of what is on offer from birth and onwards, so that families can decide how to make best use of facilities and opportunities in their community.
We also work with clubs and private organisations who hire facilities to run courses and clubs. Examples include Peterborough sporting clubs and organisations; Gymtasticz , City College Peterborough, The OU (Open University) and U3A (University of the Third Age).
We have developed an entire EXTENDED SCHOOLS section on www.jackhunt.net website. This aims to signpost activities and opportunities which may be of interest to our community, plus news and photos to showcase how proud we are of all our students, whatever their age!
